Challenge
A regional roofing distributor needed repeating container programs of galvanized coil with clear coating/mass notes, seaworthy packing for hot-climate transit, and EN 10204 3.1 heat-lot documents before vessel departure—without inventing project names or exclusive agency claims.
Solution
Owned-mill production slots were aligned to DX51D / commercial GI coil sizes. Export desk locked thickness × width, coating notes, coil weight limits, and packing. MTC EN 10204 3.1 was prepared by heat/batch; loading photos and bundle marks were shared for the first two containers.
Result
Two containers shipped Qingdao → Jebel Ali corridor with heat-matched MTC and packing photos. Follow-on RFQs reused the same size matrix, reducing clarification rounds.
