Solution
Mill schedule locked plate thickness and width ranges. Export desk prepared heat-lot MTC EN 10204 3.1, packing list, and optional SGS/BV hold points agreed in the PO. Factory visit was offered by appointment for the first lot.
Result
Mixed plate sizes shipped Qingdao → Haiphong with heat-matched MTC. Buyer QA accepted the document pack without re-issue, and a second lot reused the same ITP checklist.
