Overview
DX51D+Z galvanized sheet gives fabricators a cut-to-length commercial forming product without requiring them to handle mother coils. Select the grade and zinc coating together, then state actual thickness, width, length, dimensional tolerances, flatness, and edge condition. The end-use description should identify bending, punching, seaming, or profiling operations that affect material and surface selection. Spangle, passivation, oiling, dry condition, protective film, or paper interleave can be specified where appearance, storage, or handling requires them. For export quotation, include quantity, maximum bundle weight, skid or case preference, destination port, MTC, coating records, and any pre-shipment inspection. Final mill range and packing are confirmed against the approved order.
