Overview
DX52D+Z is considered when a component needs a more demanding forming route than general profiling. The product decision starts with the governing standard and the required draw or bend operation, followed by the zinc coating designation, surface, and dimensional tolerances. Send a part drawing or forming description when draw depth, corner radius, or surface appearance affects selection. Thickness and coating mass should be stated separately, and cross-standard grade names should not be treated as automatic equivalents. For a usable quotation, include width, coil ID, maximum coil weight, annual or lot quantity, destination port, packing orientation, and the required MTC or inspection plan. Trial material or forming validation can be discussed before a recurring program is fixed.
Product scope
- Forming requirement is reviewed before grade confirmation
- Zinc coating and base-steel dimensions are controlled as separate order fields
