Overview
DX52D+Z galvanized sheet is selected for cut-to-length parts with a more demanding bend or draw requirement. The buyer should share the forming operation, part drawing, critical radius, and visible-surface requirements before the grade is fixed. Zinc coating designation, base thickness, width, length, tolerances, flatness, and edge condition remain separate order fields. Cross-standard equivalents are reviewed against the project rather than assumed from a similar grade name. Surface treatment, protective film, or interleave can be added for appearance and storage. For an export quotation, state quantity, bundle-weight limit, skid or case preference, destination port, MTC wording, and any trial, inspection, or witness requirement. Final capability is confirmed from the approved RFQ.
